The Sethi’s Michelin-starred Indian restaurant Gymkhana has announced a month-long collaboration with esteemed wine and food magazine, restaurant and bar Noble Rot, kicking off with a wine dinner on Monday 27th February, hosted by Sunaina Sethi and Noble Rot co-founders Dan Keeling and Mark Andrew. Noble Rot’s restaurant and wine bar opened on Bloomsbury’s Lamb’s Conduit Street in 2015 and won 2016 Wine List Of The Year at the National Restaurant Awards. Their magazine has recently featured chefs Pierre Koffmann and Yotam Ottolenghi alongside Keira Knightley, Caitlin Moran and Francis Ford Coppola, blurring the boundaries between gastronomy and the creative arts.

Together with sommelier and co-founder of JKS Restaurants Sunaina Sethi, Keeling and Andrew will pair a selection of chosen wines with a six-course Gymkhana tasting menu. The dishes will be paired with wines that are explored in Noble Rot magazine, such as new wave Chablis, Jura whites and top Beaujolais Cru. The trio will host the evening, leading guests through the pairings and discussing their choices. The tasting menu and wine pairings will remain on the Gymkhana menu for customers to enjoy throughout the month of March.
