One of the hottest venues in Brooklyn, New York, has announced that it will welcome cult-favourite Paradise Pizza from Palm Heights in Grand Cayman. The pizzeria and natural wine spot will take over the terrace at the hip members club SAA in Bushwick this summer.

Having arrived from the Cayman Islands last week, Paradise will offer blistered Neapolitan style pizzas as well as a range of low-intervention, sunshine-appropriate wines until Labor Day, on 1 September. The restaurant will be open to both SAA members and the public, offering dinner from Wednesday to Sunday from 6 p.m. and lunch at weekends from noon. Lunch and dinner will be served on SAA’s newly opened rooftop offering views across the city, to Manhattan.

It has also been announced that another cherished slice of island life will accompany the daily dining experience: Mambo Italiano will take place on Saturday nights throughout the residency. Mambo Italiano is multi-course dining experience and party night, which features karaoke and dancing, evoking, the organisers say, “the spirit of summers on the Italian Riviera.” Mambo Italiano is an institution at Palm Heights with over 250 editions to date.

Paradise at SAA follows previous residency Habibi, the celebrated Middle-Eastern restaurant which ran from 2023 to 2024. Further residencies for the autumn of 2025 and next year are expected to be announced later this year.

Bookings are open for Paradise Pizza at SAA and can be made here.
