What do you get when you mix the grit of underground fight clubs, the glamour of New York’s arts scene, and the energy of a late-night party? The answer is FNT, the brainchild of Bekim Trenova. Seeking to rekindle the spirit of “old New York,” FNT began as an illegal fight party, evolving into one of the city’s hottest events. Following iterations in Los Angeles and at Art Basel Miami, this week, FNT returns home, bringing its innovative blend of combat sports and culture to the Brooklyn venue 99 Scott.

FNT is a unique phenomenon. It’s not just about the fights, though the matches are undeniably electrifying. It’s about creating a space where art, music, fashion, and combat sports collide in an immersive, high-energy experience. Fusing raw athleticism and creative expression, FNT Fight Night at 99 Scott — produced in collaboration with Associated — kicks off tomorrow, Friday 22 November, with doors opening at 9pm. At 10pm, male and female fighters will take to the ring for eight intense bouts spanning K-1, Muay Thai, and more.

At its heart, FNT is a celebration of New York’s cultural underground — a melting pot of imagination, community, and rebellion. As Trenova reflects, “This is not just the return of a New York City staple; it’s the continuation of a journey that has spanned 15 years and is now poised to resonate with a new generation. Fight Night is more than an event — it’s an ongoing story, one rooted in history, passion, and the collective will to create something truly meaningful.”

Tomorrow at 99 Scott, rapper Sheck Wes will be performing a special live set, and DJs, including Zillion, TGUT, Swami Sound, and Yazmine, will be spinning throughout the night, keeping the crowd energised until the event wraps up at 2am. Between matches, ring girls will amp up the fun, and attendees will have plenty of opportunities to circulate, dance, and soak in the atmosphere. Whether you’re a fight fan or simply someone looking for an unforgettable night out, this is one you won’t want to miss.
