Palm Heights’ singular island restaurant Tillies arrives in New York City for Fashion Week this coming Sunday. It marks the third consecutive year the restaurant has taken up residency on the 16th floor at WSA in FiDi, this year serving diners for 10 days between 7-16 September.

What is it

Tillies’ head chef Reece Moore has conceived a menu which sees some of the restaurant’s most celebrated dishes served this year as a three-course pre-fixe menu for a Manhattan audience once again: A supplemental caviar service is followed by a selection of seafood dishes, including the theatrical ‘seafood tower’ with oysters and ceviche, as well as whole grilled monkfish, and sea bream crudo. Alongside those bountiful coastal classics will be a series of modern brasserie-style dishes, including steak Diane with French fries, tomato carpaccio with Scotch bonnet oil, and oyster mushroom with cashew, tamarind, and quinoa. A miso caramel baked Alaska returns as the dessert the Fashion Week crowd did not know it needed.
