Available Works Returns to WSA for a Weekend of Print, Design, and Culture
By Something CuratedAvailable Works is back, and it’s once again turning WSA’s industrial aerie at 180 Maiden Lane into a buzzy celebration of print, design, and creative culture. From 10-12 October 2025, the fair returns for its fifth edition — a weekend-long convergence of art, rare books, independent publishing, and design, presented by Something Special Studios, WSA, and Wrong Answer, in partnership with Notion and Nike.

Available Works has become one of those “if you know, you know” moments on New York’s cultural calendar. For its latest edition, fifty-plus exhibitors will gather from around the globe, from established book dealers like Harper’s Books, Patrick Parrish Studio, and For Keeps, to emergent design projects like Of the Cloth and Wentrcek Zebulon. Expect to find rare art books, riso prints, magazines, ephemera, and more.

The fair also opens its doors to an exciting homecoming. Sweeter Fat presents Return to Office, an exhibition of the late Gaetano Pesce’s visionary furniture created for the 1994 TBWA/Chiat/Day headquarters — the world’s first virtual office. Thirty years later, these radical works are returning to the same floor they were originally designed for, now reimagined by WSA as a cross-disciplinary “vertical campus.” The show runs until 28 October, renewing Pesce’s call for play alongside work and echoing his vision of design as perpetually in motion.

Across the weekend, panels and conversations — including sessions presented by Notion and Nike — will gather voices from across generations and disciplines. Independent food vendors, interactive installations, and a sweeping view of the East River round out the experience. The fair opens with a public Opening Night on Friday 10 October (6–9 PM) — RSVP is required — followed by open hours Saturday and Sunday (12–6 PM). Entry is free.
